i no how to put a switch trigger down to open a door but how do you trigger a door opening by a key (iam using coastal wad)

Place the key receptacle and the door, trigger the receptacle to the square beneath it, set the trigger to a "key" trigger, then trigger the door to the same square.

yes but i do that. and when i try and open the door it doesn't open?

Be sure you are placing it at the square!! Not on the wall.. I was doing it.
